Low carb meatballs with pork, beef, cheddar, egg and onion that are perfect for a meaty breakfast or any meal.
Ingredients
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Combine all ingredients and pepper to taste in a bowl, and mix thoroughly.
- Roll into 1 1/2" balls or drop by spoonfuls onto a cooking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Makes 50 to 60 meatballs.
- Note: freezes well for later use.

Great recipe idea although I would go with Straight ground turkey or chicken and add plenty more non-salt seasonings ... and 1 less egg and add in Parmesan Cheese as a filler

I saw this recipe about a week ago and made it for the first time tonight. It is delicious!! I did the same thing as AuntLOLO and used ground turkey and 16 oz of sage sausage. This is a great recipe. Very easy to make.

Too many calories for one meatball!

This is ok, but I thought it was too much cheddar cheese in this recipe. The cheese makes it too salty for my taste. I froze them and used them a little at a time,but this is not something I will make often, if ever again.
