Breakfast Casserole

An Xmas breakfast casserole with eggs, sausage, cheese and bread.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Spray 9" x 13" tin pan with Pam.
  2. Place bread in bottom of pan.
  3. Sprinkle with cut up sausage, then cheese.
  4. Mix eggs, milk and mustard together, pour over casserole.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350 °F (175 °C) for 35 to 40 minutes.

HIgh in fat, maybe substitute low fat cheese, fat free milk, and turkey breakfast sausage and it would be better!

good, but it does have a lot of fat.
