Breaded Hamburger

Mom's recipe that stretches any hamburger.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine ground beef, egg, crushed crackers, onion, your choice of seasoning and mix together.
  2. Make eight round balls and flatten to about 1" thick.
  3. Roll in flour, and fry in canola oil.
  4. Note: If you don't use all the flour, you could use it to make the milk gravy recipe.

It tasted like meat loaf- and I've never cared for meat loaf. I put a slice of fat free cheese on top which made it better... My 2 yr old ate it, but I gave this dish a B-
