Blueberry Kefir Protein Shake

Breakfast or lunch shake that tastes great.



  1. Put frozen or fresh blueberries, protein powder, milk, kefir or yogurt, and honey in blender and blend until smooth. It takes about 1 minute.
  2. Serve in large glass and enjoy.
