Bloody Mary on a Plate

A great filling and satisfying snack that is also attractive enough to serve as an appetizer.

  1. Wash celery and trim ends (save ends to use in soups).
  2. Divide wedge of Swiss cheese (like Laughing Cow) between two stalks of celery.
  3. Top each stalk with 1/2 a tablespoon of salsa. (For appetizer cut celery into bite size pieces).
  4. Eat immediately, cause you won't want to wait!

lots of good vegetables
Great snack when your craving something and the salsa gives it great flavor and the cool cerery is a nice contrast to the heat of the salsa
