Beef and Bean Chilli
A low fat tasty chilli.
2 tsps chili powder
1 tsp cumin
3 tsps leaves oregano
3 tbsps vegetable oil
2 tsps garlic minced
1 large onion finely chopped
green pepper chopped
3 cups chopped or sliced tomatoes
2 lbs lean beef stew meat
2 cups kidney beans
1/2 oz flour
Brown meat in large skillet with half of vegetable oil. Add water. Simmer covered for 1 hour until meat is tender.
Heat remaining vegetable oil in second skillet. Add garlic and onion, and cook over low heat until onion is softened. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes.
Add garlic-onion-flour mixture to cooked meat. Then add remaining ingredients to meat mixture. Simmer for 1/2 hour.

You are not supposed to have flour or kidney beans in the induction phase

I would leave out the flour and change kidney beans to another variety, perhaps Borlotti

For Virgin diet I would use brown rice flour instead of regular flour, but otherwise it would be acceptable I believe.
