OK, this needs some tweaking for Phase 1 of the Fat Smash. Here are my edits: -White potatoes are not allowed in phase 1. -The beef broth is not allowed. Phase 1 is vegetarian. Vegetable broth might be allowed depending on ingredients list.

This recipe is awesome. I did add a couple of cups of the vegetarian version of ground beef to make it more appealing to my husband. It turned out really good.

This recipe is DELICIOUS and perfect for phase 1 of the detox portion of the Fat Smash Diet. I substituted a few seasonings and added a can of corn. Haven't had it over rice yet, but I'm thinking that the juices will absorb into the rice nicely. If not, I would suggest using less broth or juice from the stewed tomatoes, as I like chili a little thicker. thanks Jendypendy!
