Balsamic Salmon

Quick and easy salmon with lots of flavor.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine olive oil, fresh garlic, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Coat salmon fillet on both sides with mixture.
  3. Broil salmon in oven 4" from broiler for 4-6 minutes or until the fish flakes. If the fish is over 1" thick, you may have to turn once halfway through the broiling.

I ate it with basmati rice. I just thought the olive oil was too much.

Please!! Don't rate a recipe poorly if it doesn't fit your lifestyle and you don't make it. People are looking for opinion on flavor profile and satisfaction. I will absolutely make this again.

I cooked the salmon in a covered frypan in the oven at a temp of 180 degrees C. It was great. Served it with roasted veg also done in the oven.

maybe something wrong with my balsamic vinegar, not alot of that flavour came out. I will try less oil next time and another brand of vinegar. Like the ingredients so I know it will work.
