Baked Oatmeal

A family favorite and healthy way to add oatmeal to your diet.



  1. Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl. Optional to add raisins or blueberries.
  2. Spread the mixture in a 9x9" pan, lightly sprayed with non-stick spray.
  3. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Serve directly from pan, or pour warm milk over it.

This was an easy, fast & delicious way to eat oatmeal- My husband & I both loved it- I added some rasberries to mix- I guess just about any fruit would also be great
This is almost exactly like the muffin recipe I used today, and it really helped on day one when I was craving a bread like things.
If served warm, this tastes like bread pudding. Thank so much for sharing.
