Baked Oatmeal

A family favorite and healthy way to add oatmeal to your diet.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl. Optional to add raisins or blueberries.
  2. Spread the mixture in a 9x9" pan, lightly sprayed with non-stick spray.
  3. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Serve directly from pan, or pour warm milk over it.

Too many carbs, rather have bowl of steel cut oats and not have a pan of something to pick at.

Our family really liked the recipe. I have made it twice now. I guessed on oven temp since it was not listed in the recipe. Went with 325 for 30 mins. We also added 1/4 cups of blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries.

I made this one last night. I cooked it at 375 for 35 minutes, and it didn't come out very good due to the texture.

looks very good but has no taste really, even if you add extra cinnamon. the texture is not good.

Its Great! I modified the receipe and put 2 more table spoons of cinnamon to give it more flavor . ALSO you must refridge this otherwise it goes bad fast! To give it more zang i used Lactos free Whole milk .. Much better than skim.
