I asbolutely love this. I made it at work for my afternoon snack and everyone came running wanting to know where the pie was because it smelled so good and it tasted incredible.

Extremely satisfying...I topped it off with sugar/fat free Blue Bunny Ice Cream - shaves quite a few calories off of an old time favorite!

Hi there. Pumpkin pie spice is just a mix of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg or allspice, and cloves...cinnamon being primary. You can mix it up yourself, using more or less of whatever spices you have on hand, or like. Just go easy on everything except the cinnamon because they're quite powerful.

Sooo easy & delish! Love it. My apple wasn't especially juicey so I added a packet of Splenda.
