Avocado Ranch Spread

A tasty alternative to mayonnaise that's great in a lettuce wrap and on a turkey burger.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Remove avocado meat from skin.
  2. Mash with ranch dressing in a bowl and add salt to taste.
  3. Chill for best taste.

I enjoyed this as a spread, a dip for vegetables, and as a dipping sauce for chicken or fish. I bought 2 more avocado to make more. Yum Yum!

sounds good but hiw is it dairy free? ranch has dairy

Use whole fat, no sugar added ranch for Atkins. Sounds yummy.
