Asparagus & Egg White Scramble

Very easy and yummy breakfast component and may be added with cereal for a filling meal.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Scramble up 1/4 cup of egg whites in a pan.
  2. While still liquid, add chopped asparagus to the pan and mix together, making sure eggs stay in one piece.
  3. Add chopped onion and garlic to taste, or pepper on top. No salt needed for full flavor.
  4. Note: use any brand of liquid egg whites (like Better'n Eggs) instead of using 1/2 cup of egg whites and add some water. It will not water down the eggs, but instead makes it look like you are getting more.
