Asian Slaw with Asian Dressing

A simply flavorful slaw that comes together in no time.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a mason jar combine: rice vinegar, canola oil, sesame seed oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Shake to fully combine.
  2. In a medium bowl combine: cabbage, yellow bell pepper, grated carrots, and snow peas. Toss to combine.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Serve.

Just curious, what is the difference between Chinese cabbage and regular cabbage?

I liked this a lot, but the dressing was too tart and salty IMO. I added a tablespoon of raw turbinado sugar and it was perfect (for me!).
