A quick, delicious Asian inspired meal for anytime.
Ingredients
Directions
- Make a quick marinade by combining the soy sauce and garlic powder.
- Pour over ground beef and mix well.
- Let sit for at least an hour.
- Brown ground beef over medium-high heat.
- Serve immediately with lettuce leaves.
- Note: to eat, just put a few spoonfuls of the meat mixture into the lettuce wrap.

This was one of the most enjoyable recipes I have tried. I also spooned a little peanut butter on each lettuce leaf before I added the beef to give some sweetness. Great recipe!

This recipe is really filling and good! I think next time I will add some extras (chopped veggies) to add a little more zip to the flavor.

loved this recipe, had tomato/onoin salad with it. going to try it with mixed peppers next time and maybe a little chilli flakes.

Made a double batch with half beef and half ground chicken. It was good; I used a little asian chili sauce in the wraps. I should have let it marinate for longer than a half hours though...
