I think it's a wonderful idea. And yes, fruits are not allowed till phase two, but for phase one they are moderate. So it's okay to have every once and a while.

This is a good idea however use a dairy free yogurt and I would add almonds. with these additions it would be a perfect vegan recipe.

Just finished making a test batch, and I loved it! Daily, I eat fresh fruit salad with dannon low fat yogurt mixed in; with the plain yogurt and the celery it adds a different twist that tastes great! I will make this again!

Made this salad today and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I wasn't sure about mixing celery with yogurt but it worked. :-) Will definitely make this again.
