Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
  3. Serve cold.
  4. Note: use low fat and low sugar vanilla soy milk, and for an extra sweetness add a packet of Splenda, and one or two teaspoons of cocoa powder!
