All Natural Breakfast Bars

Breakfast bars made of natural ingredients for health minded people on the go.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In food processor combine all ingredients, pulsing until well mixed, stirring between pulses.
  2. Press mixture into 8 x 8 inch pan.
  3. Freeze until firm, approximately 1 hour.
  4. Cut into 16 bars.
  5. Note: can be stored in freezer either wrapped individually or together.
