All-Bran Brownies

Easy to make full bodied brownies that are great to serve to kids.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix bran flakes (like All-Bran cereal), baking soda, and water in a bowl. Soak until the bran flakes are dissolved.
  2. When the bran is all mushy add the brownie mix, low fat if available. Mix together well.
  3. Spoon into 24 size muffin tins.
  4. Bake at 350° F (175° C) for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Note: can also be made into brownies or a loaf. Cooking time may be a bit longer.
