Easy to make full bodied brownies that are great to serve to kids.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mix bran flakes (like All-Bran cereal), baking soda, and water in a bowl. Soak until the bran flakes are dissolved.
- When the bran is all mushy add the brownie mix, low fat if available. Mix together well.
- Spoon into 24 size muffin tins.
- Bake at 350° F (175° C) for 20-25 minutes.
- Note: can also be made into brownies or a loaf. Cooking time may be a bit longer.
