Quick and easy for a busy weekday dinner.
Ingredients
Directions
- Saute onion and minced garlic together until onion turns translucent. Add olive oil, then a little bit of water if the pan runs too dry.
- Add the ground beef and fry until browned all over, add the beef stock and sweet corn kernels and simmer until the water has evaporated.
- Add the worstershire sauce and tomato paste, stir through, and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Just before serving, add your finely chopped parsley and stir through.
- Note: serve with rice, toasted bread, salad or mashed potatoes. Curry powder or sultanas can be added for a different flavour.
