Merluza en Salsa Buendía

Merluza con salsa de limón y ajo.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Ponemos en la sartén una cucharada de aceite por persona y una cebolla cortada en tiras.
  2. En un mortero picamos 4-5 dientes de ajo, perejil y cilantro y se machaca. Se añade a la cebolla. Se rehoga durante 2 minutos.
  3. Después se colocan los lomos de merluza sobre la cebolla. Encima colocamos el limón. Se le echa un chorrito de vino blanco y 3/4 de vaso de agua. Se tapa y se deja hervir durante 10 minutos.
