Creamy Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

A wonderful tasty appetizer.



  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  2. Wipe mushrooms clean and pat dry. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray round side down.
  3. In small dish combine all other ingredients and spoon mixture into mushroom caps.
  4. Place in oven for 10-12 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Very Good - will put parmesan on top next time and mix a little in the recipe.

Not bad, but I thought something was missing. My wife loved them so I'll have a chance to figure it out when we make them again.

Sprinkled with paprika. Didn't include the swiss cream cheese or celery.
