following: The South Beach Diet
I'm a student, a yo-yo dieter from the UK. I bounce between UK8 and UK16, almost annually I'm currently a UK14 and would like to get down to 145Ibs, I'm 6'0. I hope this will be my last diet and i can maintain i healthy weight as i have never maintained a constant weight for years! I'm hoping the South Beach Diet will work for me as it attempts start healthy eating habits, with eating 5 times a day and no starvation involved unlike previous diet! I'm very hopeful as i dont think i can face the confidence knock of another yo-yo! Good luck to all with healthy goals for life!
