Last night though I exercised, I pigged out on food. Not necessarily junk food but I pigged out regardless right before going to bed. Then Samsek was sleeping next to me and I stayed up rubbing my eye. Basically I didn't get good sleep and I pigged out right before sleeping.
I woke up feeling good due to the workout, I also feel really tired even though in hours I got enough sleep. However my sleep quality must have been bad.
Don't sleep with Samsek in the small room. Not enough space.
Don't eat at least 3 hours before sleeping.
Be in bed by 10. Wake up at 5:30 and do 6AM class.
Be productive.
Ate out at 소공동 뚝배기 near 알라딘 서점 for a late lunch. Had a headache and minor case of hives. Headache rest of the day. Soy msg

My gluten, diary, soy free diet is not going well.
I had 우동 칼국수 면 in oppa's 꿀꿀이 죽 today. I have a headache.
I am on my period, day 3.
It could be the period
It could be that I slept too much.
It could be because I ate a bunch of junk food 2 and 3 days ago.
I am NOT missing out if I don't eat 밀가루, diary or soy.
I am NOT missing out.
Let's eat clean.
