Last year I won the biggest loser competition at work. I put back on 20-25lbs, and now I plan to lose half that a gain and stay there for a while.

Eventually I'd like to get back up to 180lbs but lean muscle.

Getting Enough Calories When You Are Not Hungry
Hard to eat when you're not hungry. Try planning for it a little better. Don't put off your calories till the end of the day. Take a look at your habbits, if you're normally eating 300 calorie breakfast, bump it up to 400... etc...

Also find some staple foods that you can eat when you're not hungry. For me it's cottage cheese, yogurt, glass of milk etc.

Also keep in mind that your stomach doesn't have to growl to be hungry. In fact a growling stomach doesn't even mean you're hungry. If you've waited until you feel hunger pains and that's what you associate with being hungry, you should eat more often since that's too long.

In Love with Peanut Butter xoxoxoxoxo
I've tried the Better Peanut Butter (found it at health food store) I really like it. It's no Jif, but it'll do.

On that note, there is a chocolate flavored peanut butter that's actually less in calories than normal peanut butter. Awesome!

Then again... all of this stuff is in moderation anyways.

Food picture / photo / image
I agree that would be cool, also since they are aiming at vendors to publish info via their API, they could include that and we might get some pictures from manufactures etc...

Would be cool if user submitted pictures were allowed, similar to how users can submit their photos of each recipe.

Water Consumption
Sometimes it comes to the individual. If you're really active and sweat a lot during workouts, 64 won't be enough. If you're peeing every 5 minutes you're either drinking too much, or should go see the Dr Wink

the different between 48 and 64 won't hurt you. You should go on the high side if in doubt.

Starting Monday
Don't wait till Monday, start now! Eating healthy will need to become a lifestyle change. Atkins will likely help you drop some weight, but if you quit after you've lost, it'll come right back.

When you're down to the weight you want to be, consider watching calories, and keep tracking to maintain..

Good Luck! There's plenty of people here who can help you along the way, so like kmartin said... just ask!
