I was 125 pounds just a mere 2 years ago, but since, have got sick and gained almost 70 pounds from treatment. I love working out and have both a home gym and go to powerhouse gym, my goal is to lose the weight and get muscular. I believe in lifting heavy and consider myself knowledgeable in health related issues, I am now at a point I am finding it hard to make my time my own with life's demands.
