Fat vs Thin - what it looks like inside
as i was reading this post i just have some over all questions that maybe you all can answer. I've always been told i look small for my weight want i was smaller when i was the weight i am now. when i tell people im 210 or what ever they laugh. but here the thing im built like a brick from top to bottom my measurements dont change except at my proper waist that is a 38 the rest of me is a 40. even when im thinner my over all measurements where 34 all around 32 waist. so im a little confused about this versil weight. my next statement question is im suppose to weight between 135 and 125 i start to look anorexic around this weight my husband and college friends has seen picture of me that small and they are trying to feed the picture a sandwich,and that was not the smallest ive been i will not show those pics to anyone. what should i do about this? am i just a person that looks right at a larger weight?

i've been doing this for about a month now and honestly with very little exercise i have been managing a pound a week. and the more i lose the more it makes me wanna exercise. this has actually worked better for me then anything else and ive done alot of them. but this has feels like the healthiest.
