eating oatmeal
I believe it could from I read at the Internet and oatmeal giving you lots fiber and protein but less fat (try to only add skim milk on it and a bit of play yogurt)
I had outmeal (with dry fruit and almond) for my breakfast and its keep me full until Lunch time. Even at Lunch time I cannot eat much bcd I still full Wink
