Weight on 9 September: 209.0

Goal for 9 October: 199.0

October's Official Monthly Naked Weigh-In Weight (includes peanut and taco chip addiction along with my new White Russian addiction, again thanks to Kim): 207.5 (0.35 lbs. per week). And I thought last month's 1.7 pounds per week was bad.

Pounds Remaining to Reach Ultimate Goal (179 lbs.): 28.5

Goal for 9 November: 198.5

My worst of the five months I've been dieting. My daily caloric intake has increased in recent weeks (still well below 2,000/day) and my fat gram intake has increased (thanks to my uncontrollable urge to eat peanuts and taco chips lately [I never ate taco chips prior to the diet!]).

Oh, well, I'll just call this month a wash and rededicate myself. I'm still walking six miles a day or more, M-F. I'm disappointed, I guess, but will move on towards November 9th.
