My names Hannah I'am 22 and I have just qualified as a nurse. I have tried many diets over the years but still my weight seems to have continued to creep up. It has now become not just about how I look anymore but also about my health. This is the first website of this kind I have joined and i hope to use it to give me the added motivation and support that I need.
