Hi Sarah! I am getting discouraged by the same thing. However, I quit smoking in June, that's when I put on the weight. My fiancee (who happens to be a Physician's Assistant) advised me, with dieting and changes such as quitting smoking, your weight will "plateu" at times. When your body adjusts to the changes you have made, you will see progress again. So far it has held true for me. The tough part is "sticking with it" until I see the progress. Hang in there!!!
