performance: losing 1.4 lb a week
i'm 46 yrs old. currently laid up with a back injury. so the last couple of months i've gained a lot weight. i need to eat food with my meds or i get sick so along with that being bored and stressed out gained about 30 lbs. i tried the hcg and lost 13 lbs in 2 weeks but got bored with the same foods and being hungry all the time and started to get shakes so i quit that and gonna trry the atkins. previous to the hcg, i thought just eating fruits and veggies would help lose weight but it didn't. that's when i started looking for diet plans to lose weight. so here i am and will lose my goal weight one way or another.
