I just started this site yesterday and accurately recorded my food intake. I was looking at the calories which was ok, BUT THE CARBS!!! How do I keep those down to 20 - 30 a day??? I thought oatmeal was good for you, and personally it helped to bring my triglycerides down significantly so I don't want to stop that habit, but what is it that everyone eats to keep the carbs down?? I will check out the diets on this site and see what I can come up with I guess.
