Okay, so I'm off the diet completely through this holiday season and will restart with Detox on Jan 2. My weight this am 12/28 is 179 an all time high for 2012. That is the end of weight gain. I know my weakness, it's exercise. Get back into the routine and exercise, exercise, and love to exercise. Just move, move, move. Get it going 2013 a new year of movement for me. I have to get up and get going now and all through 2013 and lose 50 lbs. It is possible to change at 65 and I am going to become the person I want to be in my real body and enjoy this great life of retirement and enjoy my community, friends, groups, and the bestest life ever. I'm looking forward to the best year ever 2013.
