Well, last week was better than some weeks. I felt like I was off to a good start with some eating choices and a few diet changes. I did well with drinking more water and less coffee, eating at home more (which helped me keep track of what I was eating better), and drinking less beer and cocktails in a week.

Starting a biggest loser challenge tomorrow with work. It coincides with my goal of losing 30 lbs by my 30 birthday! Which is just a little over 10 weeks away. That's just under 3 lbs per week. Work it, Wendy, work it!

New Year means whatever hangups I had about my ability to reach my WL goals have gone out the window with the previous year. Goal set: 150 lbs by my birthday on March 26th!
