LOOKING FOR BUDDIES
Hello, I just started working out again like religiously for three days now. I was 52 kilos and now I am at 49.9 kilos. Losing weight is really a challange for some or most of us. One thing I learned each time I had to prepare for an event is to keep track of my food intake. Everything has calories except for water. I think if you guys have access to an inner scale (like a Tanita weighing scale) it would really help you a lot in monitoring your weight. The number one thing I keep in mind is that I should never go over my daily calorie intake and if I do, (say for instance there would be a family dinner out and I just end up eating a lot) I make sure that I burn all that so it does not add up to my weight. I created my own Meal Plan and I stick to it because I have to make that I am losing weight the healthy way. When we lose weight we have to make sure that we lose the fat and not reduce the muscle mass. And to maintain that we have observe a protein-rich diet and cut back on carbs. No skipping meals and lots of water to help our body flush the toxins out of our system. I have struggled with my weight for a long time. I used to be 64 kilos and since I practiced this healthy lifestyle I neve left that range. Im always between 50-52 kilos. But right now Im trying to go down to 45 because I set a new goal and that is to have a lean body. I read that in order to have those muscles formed we have to trim down our body fat first. I am very excited with new journey and my target date to see the results will be in February next year. I hope we all reach our goals. Thanks
