Flat Lining
Hello,
New to this posting thing.
Been going almost 2 months now. First few weeks are obviously the easiet and lost about 13 pounds in the first month or so. The past 2 or 3 weeks, I have just flatlined.
Now, I know the obvious that I need to exercise more and all of that as I have not been doing that.
The basic gist is that I am trying to do the 2000 calorie thing to a slow and steady decline.
I have recorded my diet for the past couple of months and I do realize that it is not ideal; but any thoughts as to why I am flatlining would be appreciated.
For whatever it is worth, it says to me to do the 1 pound a week thing, I need to be at 2400 calories per day. Again, I am trying to stay around 2000..
