Checking for ketones
way back when I was on a diet that asked me to check the ketones in my urine.....fast forward 25 years..I have a diabetic son and haveing ketones in the urine.....at least for him....is a bad thing....don't understand that diet. Good luck with that ketone diet, didn't understand it than and I def. don't understand it now.
