On Feb. 27, 2011 I decided to get on the elliptical. Out of nowhere, it just happened. Since then, I have made many lifestyle changes that have helped me to lose weight. It's happening slowly but I know it will stay off. I was 193 lbs. when I made this decision. By doing this, my husband joined in. Together we are shedding lbs.

The desire to cheat - on what I eat, on what I post
I add everything. If I grab 1 hershey kiss or 2 starburst, I add them. They are all calories and contain other things like sugar that you need to know you are eating. By not entering it, you are cheating yourself. Absolutely a great idea to have something around the house already made to snack on that is healthy and fulfilling. I make sure I have fresh fruit cut up in the fridge, ready to eat. Cheese is a good snack too. I like that I can go back and look to see where I went wrong if I did. Good luck!

What should I do?
Pixiestyx...that is such an awesome suggestion. I love egg salad and never thought to do it that way. Do you use low fat mayo or regular?

Not sorry to admit that anyone trying this method, is out of their minds. You need to make lifestyle changes in order to succeed at weight loss. Plain and simple.
