HCG Diet
I started an HCG diet 4 weeks ago. At first I didn't understand the restrictions (500 cap per day) and gained weight by 1lbs per day. Then I dialed it down to an average of 30 carbs per day and about 1000-1300 calories and I started loosing 1lbs per day. ...after 28 days I had a net loss of 0 lbs. I want to take it up in 3 weeks again and do it right.
What are your experiences with HCG?

Yes, that is a great way to start the day! I will probably start having some cottage cheese worked int omy diet too.

I always end up eating to much fat or carbs and the proteins lag behind. Usually Ifind out after entering my lunch food that I came up short. any suggestions?

LATE NIGHT CRAVINGS
I am doing reasonably well duringthe day. the work, the activities and Hydroxicut keep my hunger at bay. Even immediatly after dinner I do well.... But 10pm comes and iam drawn to the fridge...

anyone have any good strategies t oovercoem this problem?
