So I am 31 yrs old and I have bounced around with my weight for 10 yrs. I go up 30 lbs, lose 20. You know the drill. Well, I am sick of it. I recorded my heaviest weight to date at 304. As I write this, I am down nearly 10 lbs already in 4 weeks. With fatsecret.com, I now have the daily accountability of my diet and exercise. I like that. I also use fitsync.com to log my workouts for those of you that are techy like me. My first goal is to get down into the mid 260s by March when we vacation in FL. My second goal is to get under 240 by May 1st for the Indianapolis Mini Marathon. I am doing this for myself and my wife. I believe there is no reason anyone should be over weight. It is about choices and balancing need and want. That is my belief, now I just have to prove it.
