Skinny bitch...sounds interesting I might have to check it out. I just want to loose a few pounds but the scale isn't moving so I figure I need to try something different.

Raw whole food....
Ok so this is a new concept to me introduced to me by my cousin. I'm just looking for ideas and tips from anyone that goes by a raw food or whole food type diet. Do you avoid all meat and dairy? If so do you then supplement? Is it true that most adults don't digest dairy well? Has it helped you shed weight? I've been stuck trying to loose 10 pounds and cannot seem to move the scale at all! I thought I had made some great changes to my diet and I have been really consistent with my exercise but still nothing. I figure I have to try something new.
