I am a 34 year old stay-home mom of a 7month old baby boy. I have been happily married for 7 years. I am, like most, trying to lose extra pounds I gained during my pregnancy. I need help balancing my time and figuring out the best foods for me and also, get energy to workout. I am human, I have made mistakes and I want to take these beginning steps towards a healthier lifestyle. I want to be healthy for my son who needs me, and for myself to live a long life.
