Avoiding those Cravings.... HOW?
Watch Food Inc. You will never want to even DRIVE BY a McDonald's ever again! That said, popcorn heaped with butter and parmesan cheese is my down fall. I substitute a cheddar rice cake and pay the calorie bill. It isn't perfect. But it works. I also practice mindfulness (google will share!) to help deal with cravings that are not helped by substituting.
Cheers.

Gaining weight
One thing I notice, my scale will give me different readings on different parts of my very uneven floor! But I agree with others who say don't weigh daily.

oh no
I so hear you! In addition to drinking a LOT of water, which the other poster suggested, here are some foods I find most filling:
- When making a veggie stir fry a small amount of beans goes a long way to filling. I make a stir fry that would say equal 3 cups of veggies. I add about 1/4 cup of cannelini beans. And it goes a long way to keeping me filled up.
- Steel cut oats take time to cook, but do a LOT more to make and KEEP me feeling full.
- Hard boiled eggs with a piece of fruit is another quite filling breakfast.
- Shrimp is another food to add to a veggie dish to help.
If I am in between meals and am really, really hungry I will drink a small thing of V8 juice and a big thing of water.
Good luck!

Cannot delete an exercise
I added some exercises to today just to play around with the site to see how I am going to use it. The text on the page says reduce the duration by 1 hour to delete. I do that and receive a msgbox popup that says I must add a duration for the exercise.
How can I delete an exercise that I am not planning to do? Thanks!
