27 year-old woman trying to get healthy. Was diagnosed with PCOS 3 years ago and have been struggling to get my insulin levels down. Before I hit type 2 diabetes I'm giving the "Keto Diet" a try again. From what I've read online this is one of the best options for women with PCOS.
Not only am I losing weight to get healthy, but for many other reasons. I'm getting married. I want to be under 200lbs by then and feel great! I also want to get healthy so when we decide to have a baby the hardest part of getting healthy is over. Plus, I just want to look nice in some awesome clothes!
