I just had gastric bypass (RNY) on May 5, 2017. I am always searching to find calories and protein nutrients on this site! I am no longer a diabetic, my high blood pressure is gone and no more high cholesterol. I was taking 12 meds a day and now I am down to 3. My main goal by having this surgery was to get healthy. I've always been heavy and this is the first time in my entire life that I am in the 100's! I exercise every other day and loving my new life. I have 3 granddaughters (Sofia 6 yrs, Abigail 4 yrs and Isabella 7 months) and was worried I'd never be around to see them grow up. I am able to do more things with them now and am so happy. I am married to my best friend John and have been married 7 years!
