Had a long period of illnesses the last being a left hip replacement in September 2015. I was very inactive for over 2 years and although my diet was not too bad, I drank too much beer so I put on fat whilst at the same time my muscles wasted, particularly my left leg.
My fat is almost all belly fat stored behind the stomach muscles: Visceral Fat.
My target is loose the visceral fat dropping with my waist a further 2" down to under 36", but at the same time building muscle. Obviously calorie control and exercise are key and my programme includes weight training and short periods of HIIT.
