Restarted FatSecret at 140 pounds. Using Nokia Withings WiFi Body Scale and Fitbit Alta HR. Lost access to HealthSlate (paid by insurance) and Noom (paid by me). Tried Noom for four months, but I do not feel it is as helpful for losing fewer than fifty pounds. Glad to see I have lost a few pounds in the last few years, mostly due to eating less (quantity and frequency) caused by job loss and dislike of grocery shopping! Result: Gained 35 pounds.

Feb 2016 - Dec 2017: 137-152 (HealthSlate/FatSecret)
Restarted at 152 pounds (home analog scale). Heaviest weight in my entire life. Gained 29 pounds in past five years, including 10 pounds in past eight months after I turned 40 years old. Started a new lifestyle diet change through HealthSlate program (paid by my insurance company) to prevent Type 2 Diabetes and reduce high cholesterol levels. Still using FatSecret to track since I like it more and I will lose access to my data after that other program ends.

glucose readins
You need to enter your glucose readings in your main health app. This is a nutrition app that does not track glucose levels. Most people are not diabetic. Under ten percent of the U.S. population is diabetic.

Set Net Carb Goal in Mobile App
On the website, go to My Settings in the right sidebar. Scroll down to Food Diary Nutrition Facts and select Net Carbs. I do not have the Android app, however, in the iPhone app you simply go to the diary page and tap on the headers above the meal groups. You can select Net Carbs to view them, which is what I did.

Exporting Fatsecret data
You can export only the food data, not the weight or journal data. This is a huge blunder it seems. I would be very interested in the ability to export all data.

To export food data as a PDF or CSV (spreadsheet) file, go to Food Diary page and click on the printer icon button in the bar below "My Food Diary" and the date. From there, you have the option to view your data split into one day, one week, or one month periods. For each of those date periods, you have the option to view a summary of your calories and nutrition facts by day, by meal per day, or by food per meal per day.
