Like many women in their 30's, I've noticed that my metabolism has slowed down and I've put on some extra weight. For the last few years I've been in a size 14 and there have been a few times that I was closer to a 16 but that's where I drew the line. This year, I'm serious about making a change in my weight. I started this year off with the Daniel Fast to help me kick some of my bad food addictions and I'm currently leaning towards more of a vegetarian diet (although not fully). I'm hoping to reach 150lbs by the end of the year.
